Where should I be while going through the online sessions?

It is recommended that you have approximately 3 ft x 6 ft of room to do the simple practices taught during the sessions. It is ideal to be in a private space free of disturbances. Ensuring a quiet and uninterrupted environment is vital to enhance your receptivity and derive maximum benefit from the sessions.
